If you received Theatre Tokens this Christmas we know you’ll be excited to start booking tickets to see your favourite shows right away. But before you get to that you should register your Gift Card and eGift.
Registering Theatre Tokens is quick and easy and only takes a couple of minutes.
Theatre Tokens don’t have an expiry, so all variations can be redeemed once registered no matter how old (if you have any of our legacy vouchers we’ll need to replace these for you).
Registration is for giftees only – if you’ve recently bought a Gift Card or eGift you’ll need to let the lucky recipient know they need to register Theatre Tokens before they can be used at participating venues.
How to register Theatre Tokens
If you don’t already have a Theatre Tokens account, you’ll need to create one here. If you’ve already done this, you’ll need to log in to register.
Once you’re logged in you can register Theatre Tokens using the Token number and PIN.
Here’s where you’ll find your Token number:
- Gift Cards and New Paper Vouchers starting 6300 8320 – on the back (the long number underneath the barcode)
- eGifts – the long number underneath ‘Voucher code’
- Paper Vouchers – the long number beginning with two letters (XX, TT, EE, AA or LL – make sure to include these when entering the number). You’ll find this on the back of the voucher either beneath the barcode or to the left of the scratch-off panel
Here’s where you’ll find your PIN:
- Gift Cards and New Paper Vouchers starting 6300 820 – on the back underneath the scratch-off panel
- eGifts – where it stats ‘Pin’
- Paper Vouchers – the last four digits underneath the scratch-off panel. The scratch-off panel can be found on either the front or back of the Token (depending on the year it was issued). Ignore if there is a ‘-’ between the first and second numbers. Do not type this in, i.e. ‘1-234’ should be entered at ‘1234’
Once you’ve registered your Theatre Tokens they’re ready to start booking at any of our 280+ participating theatres.
Don’t forget you’ll need to keep hold of your Tokens to use when purchasing your show tickets.
Your Token won’t be void if you scratch off the panel, even if it states ‘void if removed’. This has been communicated to all participating theatres and you can still redeem your Tokens.
We’re aware there are a few paper Tokens in circulation with incorrect Token numbers. If your Token has 13 digits and starts with 6300 8203 please contact us.
If your card is lost, stolen or misplaced please contact us immediately. If the Token has been registered with us we’ll endeavour to replace it for you as long as it’s not been used. Unfortunately, any value that has been used before you report it to us can’t be replaced.
