Did you know that you can use Theatre Tokens at more than 270 theatres across the country?

Have you been given the gift of theatre this year? The festive season is upon us and nothing says Christmas quite like a trip to the theatre (especially after a long day of Christmas shopping).

If you’ve been lucky enough to receive the gift of theatre this year, find out how you can redeem your Theatre Tokens at one of the hundreds of participating theatres across the country.

How to use Theatre Tokens

Redeeming your Theatre Tokens is easy.

You can use all or part of the balance on your Theatre Tokens Gift Card or eGift to part pay or pay in full at participating venues. If tickets cost more than your Theatre Tokens balance you’ll need to pay the outstanding amount using cash or a debit/credit card.

You can redeem your Tokens by contacting the box office of your chosen theatre. The easiest way to get in touch with the box office is by email or phone, but you can also visit in person. You can also redeem your Tokens online at select theatres and at OfficialLondonTheatre.com

Please make sure you check the page of the theatre you plan on attending for their contact details.

When making your booking, you’ll need your 16 digit Token Number and 4 digit PIN (found underneath the scratch-off panel). If you are redeeming in person the theatre will be able to scan the barcode on your Token.

When booking a visit to the theatre in London, you may be transferred to your chosen theatre’s preferred ticketing agent who will also accept reservations made using Tokens.

If you hold older Theatre Tokens, please check whether these are our ‘legacy vouchers’ as they will need replacing before you redeem them.
