How to buy Theatre Tokens online

With no expiry date and over 280 participating theatres across the UK, giving the gift of Theatre Tokens is a no-brainer – and buying them online is simple!

On the Theatre Tokens website click ‘Buy Now’ to choose from a variety of physical and digital gift options.

Gift Cards are despatched by First Class post or Special Delivery to anywhere in the UK. All orders are despatched on the next working day (Monday – Friday).

We can’t deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays, so you’ll need to make sure you’ve purchased your Tokens in advance if you need them for these days.

Whether you’re looking to get a loved one a gift for a special occasion, for their favourite show, or their favourite theatre, you’ll find a variety of designs to suit everyone (and they can be used for any show at any Theatre Tokens venue).

Once you’ve chosen your Token you can purchase them for any amount between £5 – £500. Finally, add a message to accompany your gift card and you’re good to go!

How to use Theatre Tokens online

Have you been lucky enough to receive a Theatre Tokens Gift Card or eGift? Using your Theatre Tokens online is simple. We’ve got lots of shows you can redeem for online and we’re adding more all the time! Check our list of where to redeem online here or see the current list below.

We recommend the first thing you do to get started is to register your Theatre Token, then head to the website of your chosen participating theatre and select the show you want to see.

Pick your date, choose your seats and then head to the checkout. Before you confirm your order you’ll be given the option to redeem your Theatre Tokens.

You’ll need the 16-digit Token Number (6 or 8 digits for vouchers issues between 2008 – 2018) and your 4-digit PIN (found underneath the scratch-off panel of physical gift cards). Head to our How To Use page for help finding these numbers.

You can use all or part of the balance on your card to pay, or part-pay for theatre tickets. If the tickets cost more than your Theatre Tokens balance you’ll need to pay the outstanding amount using a debit or credit card.
